Ubiquiti POE Active Injector 24Volts DC 1Amp

Active Power over Ethernet (POE) is required where the ethernet cable (CAT5) is longer than 20m. Active POE uses a higher voltage on the CAT5 cable to reduce the DC current, and hence the resistive voltage loss in the cable.

The unit includes Elecrostatic Discharge Protection (ESD) on the CAT5 data leads.

This Active POE Injector is suitable for use with:

• Any POE compatible device that needs appox. 24 VDC. (e.g. IP Cameras, some VoIP phones, ..)
• Ubiquiti™ Products.

Remote Factory Reset for Ubiquiti-M series Products

This POE injector has a Reset button that can be used with Ubiquiti-M series products to Reset to Factory defaults (10+ sec press). This is useful if you have a mast-mounted device that can not be contacted - e.g. forgotten IP address.
