OVERVIEW
The DrayTek VigorSwitch P2282x is a Layer 2+ Managed 10 Gbps switch. It features 24 Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and 4 SFP+ 10Gbps fibre links for uplink/downlink. In addition to the fixed AC power input, the VigorSwitch P2282x offers a DC power input as an additional power source, which helps ensure uninterrupted operation and protects connected devices in the event of an AC power supply failure.
The VigorSwitch P2282x features 24 PoE+ ports with a 400W power budget, making it ideal for a wide range of IoT applications, including LED lighting, POS systems, motion sensors, IP cameras, and more. Equipped with a 12/54V DC backup power supply, the P2282x ensures continuous protection for critical data from connected PD devices while maintaining uninterrupted network connectivity.
With support for advanced Layer 3 features, including DHCP Server and VLAN Routing, the P2282x enhances network efficiency and ensures uninterrupted LAN connectivity, even during gateway downtime. This makes it an ideal solution for networks facing growing traffic demands.
