Each incident is subject to a service fee of A$65 for iPad, or A$45 for Apple Pencil or an Apple‑branded iPad keyboard. In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone through getsupport.apple.com. AppleCare+ must be purchased within 60 days of the original purchase date of your iPad and coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date.
